LEGENDS NEVER DIE

Highly secretive and dangerous, the risky craft of moonshining was carried out by the brave and rebellious men in America, thirsty for freedom from Prohibition. You see, the United States put a ban on selling alcoholic beverages in 1920 through the establishment of the 18th amendment, but that didn't stop the moonshiners. Instead, they took their operations into the darkness of the night to create their own hand-crafted whiskey, often guided only by the light of the moon. For these men, many who were struggling farmers in the Appalachian region, moonshine was not just a form of extra cash, it was how they survived.

This is the legend of the Midnight Maven Moonshiners. These men were the brave souls who risked their freedom during the American Prohibition to smuggle their homemade spirits to the thirsty masses. Their secret recipes produced moonshine from a mash of corn, rye, malted barley, and natural sugar cane. The taste is smooth, yet embodies the robust flavor of freedom.

These men were made infamous from their moonshine recipe, however their ability to allude federal agents was what truly made them legendary. Every time the government was close to their apprehension, the moonshiners would mysteriously disappear into the darkness of night. Many say they were ghosts - apparitions of the night.

After the prohibition was repealed in 1933, the dangerous craft of moonshining would slowly fade in popularity, but the legend of the Midnight Maven Moonshiners will never die.
